Job Description

.Broadway Dreams Dance is looking for passionate, reliable, and positive Dance Instructors/Choreographers to join our growing studio family for Season 6! We are seeking experienced teachers in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, and Acro who are dedicated to proper technique, creativity, and inspiring the next generation of dancers. Our studio is built on strong technical training, professionalism, teamwork, and creating a supportive, drama-free environment where dancers can thrive both on and off the stage. Responsibilities Teach weekly classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, and/or Acro Choreograph routines for recital, competition team, and special performances Create engaging lesson plans that focus on technique, growth, and confidence Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional classroom atmosphere Work with dancers of varying ages and skill levels Communicate professionally with studio staff, dancers, and parents Attend rehearsals, competitions, showcases, and studio events as needed Help motivate and inspire dancers while maintaining classroom structure and discipline Qualifications Previous dance teaching and choreography experience preferred Strong technical background in one or more dance styles Experience with competitive dance training is a plus Reliable, punctual, and professional Positive attitude and team-player mindset Ability to work well with children and teens Acro certification or gymnastics/tumbling experience preferred for Acro instructors What We Offer Positive and supportive studio environment Opportunity to choreograph award-winning routines Growth opportunities within a rapidly growing studio Creative freedom and collaboration Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to work with motivated dancers and families
