We're looking for a passionate Ballet instructor to join our founding team. You would be teaching group ballet classes for ages 5-18, from beginner through advanced levels. We're looking for someone with strong classical training who genuinely loves teaching young dancers and brings warmth, patience, and professionalism to every class. This role also includes choreographing routines for our two annual showcases (Holiday Showcase in December and Spring Showcase in May) and preparing students for stage performance. What we're looking for: 1+ years of ballet teaching experience Strong classical ballet training background Experience teaching children and teens (ages 5-18) Positive, encouraging teaching style Choreographing and planning for our two yearly recital. You will plan, search for music, choreograph and put togeter a dance based on the recital theme. Reliable and punctual Must pass a background check Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring safety and discipline during dance sessions.
