We have been in business 24 years and are looking for team players to join our ever growing kid-centered organization! We are looking for an energetic experienced dance coach to run our recreational dance program. Dance instruction and administrative/leadership experience is required. Teaching tap/ballet/hip hop/jazz dance classes for ages 3-10 years. Mostly beginning -intermediate levels of ability. Create your own lesson plan for proper progressions for each level. Choreograph tap/ballet/jazz/hip hop routine appropriately for ability level of class. Communicate with parents daily. Communicate with front desk and other directors daily. Organize and plan Summer Recital 2027 and other events to showcase dance program. Keep dance program classes staffed and within ratio. Cover dance classes when subs are needed. Create a positive and fun classroom environment promoting movement and respect towards others. Approximate hours are afternoons and evenings, approx 3-7 Mon-Thurs and Saturday 9-12. Full time positions are also available depending on experience and availability/willingness to also coach gymnastics classes. Starting pay is commensurate with experience.
