Job Description

Position Summary:
A Hitting Instructor is responsible for teaching the swing to players ranging from 8 years old to professional athletes. The objective is to get baseball and softball players Game Ready. Coaches' daily tasks will include reviewing game video, planning lessons, teaching players on the swing, and building players' confidence through results.

Performance Objectives:
Maximize players' results in games Develop players on mechanics and metrics Help accomplish the player's goal
Experience:
Prior coaching experience is not required, though playing experience is preferred.
Growth:
There are growth opportunities, including, but not limited to, managing your own facility. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 3 PM-10 PM, Saturdays 10 AM - 3
