The Opportunity We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic instructors who are excited to make a meaningful impact in students' lives—both in the studio and on stage through performances and competitions. What You'll Do Teach weekly dance classes Plan and organize class time to maximize student learning Choreograph routines for recital and/or competition Edit and cut music for performances Participate in parades and studio events Attend two teacher meetings per season What We're Looking For Minimum of 1 year in-studio teaching experience Strong teaching ability across various age groups Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Self-motivated with a desire to grow and improve Why Join Us? Starting at $25 per class Class lengths range from 30 minutes to 1 hour
Pay Per Class Model Example:
If you teach: 2 (30-minute) classes 2 (45-minute) classes 3 (1-hour) classes You will be paid for 7 total classes , even though it equals approximately 5.5 hours of work. Interview Process Initial one-on-one interview with studio leadership Teaching demonstration (Ballet, Jazz, Acro, etc.)
