Contract Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and high-energy Hip-Hop Dancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hip-hop dance styles, excellent stage presence, and the ability to perform in a variety of settings including live performances, competitions, studio productions, and community events. This role requires creativity, discipline, and a passion for dance and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform choreographed hip-hop routines for live shows, events, competitions, and media productions Collaborate with choreographers, directors, and other dancers to develop and refine routines Attend and actively participate in rehearsals, auditions, and workshops Maintain physical fitness and technical dance skills at a professional level Adapt quickly to new choreography and performance styles Represent the organization professionally in public and promotional appearances Follow all safety guidelines and maintain professionalism during performances and rehearsals

Qualifications:

Proven experience in hip-hop dance (formal training or equivalent professional experience preferred) Strong knowledge of various hip-hop styles (e.g., popping, locking, breaking, freestyle) Ability to learn and retain choreography quickly Excellent rhythm, coordination, and musicality Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior performance experience in competitions, stage productions, music videos, or touring Experience teaching or assisting with dance classes Background in other dance styles (e.g., jazz, contemporary, commercial dance) Professional portfolio, demo reel, or audition footage

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform physically demanding routines for extended periods High level of stamina, strength, and flexibility Ability to lift, jump, and execute dynamic movements safely
