is hiring a Hip-Hop Instructor for our growing recreational and competitive dance program! We are looking for a strong, reliable instructor who: Has excellent classroom management skills Can teach proper hip-hop technique and foundations — not just choreography combinations Has strong choreography skills and can create clean, innovative, age-appropriate routines Is energetic, motivating, and able to push dancers to grow stylistically and technically Can work with a wide range of ages and skill levels Is dependable, professional, and team-oriented Is available for recitals, dress rehearsals, competitions, and studio events Our competitive program is continuing to grow, and we are looking for someone who can help elevate our dancers' style, performance quality, training, and choreography.

Have previous teaching experience Be confident teaching both recreational and competitive dancers Create structured, engaging classes with a balance of technique, conditioning, and choreography Be passionate about mentoring young dancers in a positive but disciplined environment Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hip Hop Dance Instructor to inspire and motivate students of all ages through the art of dance. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive hip hop dance curricula tailored to different skill levels and age groups Lead energetic dance classes, demonstrating techniques and encouraging student participation Create engaging choreography that aligns with class themes and student interests Manage classroom behavior to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and build confidence Collaborate with other instructors on special performances, workshops, or community events Maintain organized lesson plans, attendance records, and progress reports for each class Skills Strong background in hip hop dance techniques and choreography development Experience in teaching dance classes to children and with diverse learning needs Excellent classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment Ability to adapt teaching methods for students with special education needs or early childhood development requirements Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to various age groups Familiarity with theater arts, ballet, or other dance styles is a plus Effective communication skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues Passion for working with children and fostering a love of dance through engaging instruction Join us as a Hip Hop Dance Instructor and bring your energy, creativity, and expertise to inspire the next generation of dancers!
