Job Description

Advanced Hip Hop Dance Instructor - Competition Program A well-established and growing dance studio in the Tampa/Westchase area is seeking an experienced Advanced Hip Hop Dance Instructor to work with high school-level competitive dancers. We are looking for an exceptional hip hop educator who can provide challenging technical training, inspire dedicated dancers, and help elevate our competitive program. This position is perfect for someone with a strong performance and teaching background who enjoys working with serious dancers in a positive, high-energy environment. Position Details Part-time position One evening per week Westchase/Tampa area Starting pay: $35+ per hour , based on experience and qualifications Additional choreography opportunities available Qualifications Extensive training and experience in hip hop Previous experience teaching advanced and competitive dancers Ability to train high school-level students in technique, musicality, rhythm, performance quality, and style Choreography experience preferred Professional, reliable, and organized Strong communication and classroom management skills Passion for developing and motivating young dancers The Ideal Candidate We are searching for someone with outstanding hip hop expertise who can challenge advanced dancers while maintaining a positive and encouraging classroom environment. The ideal instructor is creative, energetic, dependable, and committed to helping students achieve excellence both technically and artistically.
