Full Job Description Wage:

Staring base salary $75.00/night, with additional income from commissions and tips for lei sales. About us Star of Honolulu Cruises and Events, a Hawaii "top 250" company and premier tour operator since 1957, is seeking a professional to join our team as a Polynesian Dancer! Perform in a professional Polynesian revue at one of our company's multiple venues, entertaining guests from around the world. Aloha spirit is essential! Now offering up to $500 in new hire and retention bonuses! Position is local to Oahu, Hawaii, and only current residents will be considered.

Job Overview:

Dancing is at the heart of our entertainment and show offerings, and performers play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences. Some dancers also sell leis during their shift, providing additional income opportunities. Eligible candidates will be contacted to audition. Auditions may include basic Polynesian dance combinations and movement evaluation . Candidates should arrive prepared to dance and wear comfortable dance attire.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Polynesian dance, including hula or related styles
• Comfortable performing in front of live audiences and interacting with guests
• Previous stage or performance experience is preferred
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Professional appearance and ability to meet company image standards
• Able to work on feet for extended periods
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays
