Job Description
Synopsis Power in the Pause follows Azriel Hayes—a successful, controlled, and emotionally guarded woman whose life begins to unravel when she is forced to confront a truth she has avoided since childhood. Inside her home, love exists—but connection is fractured. Her husband, Ezekiel, stands firmly in faith while quietly watching her drift. Her adopted daughter, Crysta, struggles to find where she belongs in a family that loves her—but doesn't always understand her. Her youngest, Bella, holds onto joy in a space filled with unspoken tension. As outside forces begin to challenge Azriel's control, buried questions rise to the surface: Who am I… when everything I built is stripped away? And what happens when I finally stop… and face it? Through movement, music, and raw storytelling, Power in the Pause reveals that healing doesn't begin in motion— It begins in stillness.
