Entertainment Ambassador

Hersheypark amusement park spans 121-acres, and welcomes guests to experience Hersheypark Happy all year long! As the largest amusement park in Pennsylvania, Hersheypark is home to more than 70 rides including 15 coasters and 20+ kiddie rides, as well as a zoo, and an entire water park. Provide guests with memorable experiences through supporting theatre, dance, and music within the Entertainment Department. Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job): Welcome each guest into the venue in a friendly and enthusiastic manner

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for our guests by cleaning venues between shows
• Be an informed resource on Park information
• Assist guests to appropriate seating areas
• Maintain the record of accurate show counts for each show
• Learn operational standards for the Entertainment Department at Hersheypark
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Must be at least 16 years or older on the date of applying

Strong verbal communication skills Must work well with other employees and be able to interact with our guests Comfortable with high levels of guest interaction Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with the Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines Must have the ability to safeguard confidential information

Job Demands:

Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in accordance with child labor laws. Employees are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: extreme heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Work is almost exclusively outdoors. Physical requirements include standing for at least 5 hours, walking, bending, and reaching.
