We are seeking dynamic and energetic Pro All-Star Dancers & Cheerleaders to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will learn routines, perform them during pregame (prime time) performances/halftimes/sidelines, motivate team members, serve as a positive role model for aspiring athletes, represent the Frisco Texas community, train with the best to get to the NFL cheerleading and dance team world, and many more!!! Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create an exciting environment that fosters teamwork, confidence, and athletic excellence. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your full skills while doing what you love—cheering on teams and inspiring others to reach their full potential. Duties Attend any and all rehearsals and must be punctual, learn routines, and perform with enthusiasm and precision Attend all performances and gamedays Provide an uplifting environment for not only teammates but directors and coaches as well. This is a sisterhood!! Showcase your bright personality Demonstrate your best talents Collaborate with coaches to develop training plans that enhance team skills and cohesion Foster a positive team environment through effective behavior management and encouragement Assist in organizing team events, performances, and community outreach programs Skills Some proven experience as a professional cheerleader/dancer at the all-star or performance level with strong technique, freestyle, personalities, and any other useful skills!!! Experience with learning & executing choreography with counts, music, etc Super hardworking and willing to learn at any given pace Is flexible with time management & in terms of dance of course :) Positivity & encouragement Strong understanding of behavior management techniques to promote discipline and teamwork Excellent communication skills to motivate team members and coordinate with coaches and staff Join us to energize teams, elevate performances, and inspire the next generation of cheerleaders!
