Duties Develop and implement comprehensive hip-hop dance curricula tailored to different age groups and skill levels Lead engaging, energetic dance classes that emphasize technique, rhythm, and self-expression Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment Incorporate elements of theater, choreography, and musicality to enhance students' performance skills Utilize photography and video recording techniques to document progress and create promotional materials Adapt lessons for students with special needs or early childhood development requirements Collaborate with parents, caregivers, or adult learners to track progress and provide constructive feedback Plan themed performances or showcases that highlight students' growth and celebrate their achievements Experience Experience in teaching hip-hop dance Background in curriculum development and lesson planning for diverse age groups including children, preschoolers, or adults Familiarity with working with children Knowledge of behavior management techniques to foster respectful and disciplined class environments Experience in tutoring or mentoring students in dance or related arts disciplines This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive on inspiring others through movement and creativity.
