About the
Role:
Are you energetic, outgoing, and great with people? Do you hate the idea of sitting behind a desk all day? Dance Vision Studios is hiring Trainee Ballroom Dance Instructors to join our vibrant team in McKinney. No dance experience required•we hire personality first and train the rest!
What You'll Do:
Teach private lessons and group classes (full training provided) Build lasting relationships with students of all ages Learn the art of ballroom dancing and how to teach it Grow professionally with real career paths in teaching, competition, management, and even ownership
What We're Looking For:
Outgoing and high-energy individuals Excellent communication skills and natural charisma Physically active•you can't sit still! Presentable, professional, and ready to learn Ages 18-28 preferred due to program structure
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Pay:
$650/week After 4-6
Months:
