ORCHESTRATION DIRECTOR
Full details of the job. Job Title Orchestration Director Job Description At Sage, strategy only matters if it lands. As Orchestration Director, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our bold growth ambitions translate into measurable business outcomes. This is a highly visible leadership role at the heart of Sage's most important transformation programs- bringing clarity, pace, and executional excellence to initiatives that shape our future. You will operate as the central coordination point for strategic delivery within the Growth function, orchestrating complex programs across the UKIA region and selected global initiatives such as incorporating Agentic AI across Sage products. Working across functions, markets, and leadership teams, you'll ensure alignment, accountability, and confidence in delivery. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end execution of Sage's highest-priority growth programs, translating strategy into measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive consistent, high-quality delivery across complex cross-functional initiatives, with a focus on revenue growth, customer value, and speed to market.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Orchestration Managers while fostering accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish governance, operational cadence, dashboards, and reporting to provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Partner across Product Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Finance, and Communications to align priorities, influence decisions, and drive shared accountability.
  • Design and implement scalable delivery frameworks, tools, and Agile practices to simplify complexity and enable repeatable, high-quality execution. What you'll bring
  • 10+ years' experience in Commercial Program Management including leadership roles, operating at scale in complex, matrixed B2B SaaS organizations.
  • A proven ability to turn strategy into execution, delivering outcomes through disciplined orchestration.
  • Strong operational experience using Agile and modern delivery methodologies to drive pace and clarity.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-influencing skills, including at senior leadership level.
  • A strong growth mindset, with a track record of coaching teams to embrace challenge, learn fast, and continuously improve.
  • Confidence leading through ambiguity, simplifying complexity, and delivering results in fast-moving environments.
