High School Musical Director

Allamakee Community School District has an opening for a High School Musical Director beginning with the 2026-2027 school year. Candidates licensed by the Iowa BOEE with a 5-12 Music endorsement (145) are preferred. Allamakee Community School District has an enrollment of 1,100 students and employs about 200 staff members. All school buildings are located in Waukon, Iowa, which has a population of 3,900 friendly people and is the county seat. Recreational opportunities abound in the area with a golf course and municipal swimming pool, wellness center, community college center, trout streams and the Mississippi River running through the district.
