Patrick and Hedwig, South Bend - Music Director Diocesan MZ Services of Fort Wayne South Bend, IN Job Details Part-time 1 day ago Qualifications Choral worship music conducting Organ playing Religious music performance experience Mid-level Managing music teams Full Job Description Responsibilities include: See there is an organist and cantor (normally two different people ) for the 9am Mass. Direct the choir for the 10:30am Mass. See that there is a cantor to do acapella chant at the 5:30pm Mass. Meet with pastor regularly about choices and the general direction of our sacred music. Make a plan with pastor to prepare the people for any new things that will be implemented. Work with organist to find a substitute organist, when needed. Help identify and transition to the music director who will take over in November.
