Salary:

Based on years of experience as outlined in the

CLEA Agreement Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Produce a winter play Meet with staff and administrators for planning/scheduling Review and choose age-appropriate plays, with administrative approval Schedule rehearsal time Submit schedules Communicate times for auditions, practices, etc. Review and maintain rules for rehearsals/building time as needed Audition actors & provide cast list to the office to verify enrollment & other school policies Communicate the rules of participation Plan with the crew (stage manager) the items in storage and those to be purchased for props/sets Purchase needed items (ordered by the front office or reimbursed) or borrow items (return after the show) within the appropriate budget Supervise and direct cast and crew during rehearsals Assist and train crew with lights and sound Recruit extra help for shows as needed Collect and submit funds taken in from shows and fundraisers Organize timely clean-up post-show (take down sets, etc.)
