If so, we may have the position for you! We are Life Covenant Church (LCC) in the heart of the Rockies in beautiful Helena, Montana. We currently have a healthy and vibrant middle and high school youth ministry and are seeking a full time Student Ministry Pastor/Director to lead our Middle School (En Fuego) and High School (Voltage) ministries, and their volunteer teams. Do:

Build meaningful relationships with Middle and High School students and families Lead weekly student gatherings using the CoLeader curriculum Recruit, train, and encourage volunteer leaders Organize and oversee biennial mission trip to Iglesia Belen in Santa Apolonia, Guatemala, or similar overseas mission trip Plan events, retreats, service projects, and activities Create a safe, welcoming environment that encourages spiritual growth Communicate through social media, email, and other platforms Support the overall vision and mission of Life Covenant Church What We re

Looking For:

Experience working with Middle and High School students Strong relational, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and build healthy teams A heart for mentoring students and helping them grow in faith Position details: This is a full-time position with a yearly salary of $39,000-$46,000 (DOE), and LCC s generous benefit package (health insurance, retirement, life insurance).
