The Worship Leader will be responsible for leading and coordinating music and worship activities during services and events. Duties- Select and arrange music for worship services
- Lead rehearsals with musicians and vocalists
- Direct the congregation in singing and participation during services
- Collaborate with the pastor to plan worship services
- Provide musical accompaniment on instruments as needed
- Mentor and develop other worship team members Skills
- Strong leadership abilities to guide the worship team effectively
- Ability to educate and inspire the congregation through music
- Excellent communication skills to work closely with team members and church leadership
- Proficient in mentoring and developing musical talents within the worship team
