Job Description

Worship Director Position Type:
Part-Time (Hourly) Position Summary The Worship Leader helps lead our church in meaningful worship Responsibilities Worship Leadership (Approximately 10-15 Hours Weekly) Plan weekly worship services in collaboration with the Lead Pastor. Schedule and communicate with band members and vocalists. Lead and facilitate worship during Sunday services. Organize and distribute chord charts, arrangements, and service plans. Lead rehearsals as needed to prepare the team for Sunday. Qualifications A growing and active relationship with Jesus Christ. Alignment with the mission and values of Home Road.
