PM DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES JOB GOAL
To monitor students in a safe, orderly, and positive environment before or after school.
Qualifications:
A minimum of BS or BA in Education from an approved accredited college or university with a valid Oklahoma teaching certificate is preferred. Such alternatives to the above qualification as the Administration and Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
Performance Responsibilities:
Monitor assigned students in the locations and at the times designated. Plan a program for before and after care that meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of the students assigned. Create an environment that is conducive to the interest and development of the students. Prepare for the students enrolled in the program and show written evidence of preparation upon request of immediate superior. Encourage students to set and maintain standards of expected behavior. Employ a variety of activities that are consistent with the physical limitations of the location and the needs of the students involved. Address the learning diversities of all students on a regular basis and seek district assistant as required or needed. Adhere to district policy. Maintain accurate and complete records as required. Attend staff meetings as required. Responsible for organizing and administering the program to conform with state law and policies and procedures of the school building and the Superintendent. Abide by all district, state and federal laws, policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality with all school and student information. Maintain all compliance documents. Organize all activities. Assign duties to Antler Care teachers as needed. Maintain all food service storage and sanitizing all equipment and utensils. Must hold valid certification for CPR training or be willing to complete certification within 90 of employment.
