SUMMARY :
The position of Yearbook Advisor selects, instructs and supervises students in the publication of the school yearbook.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: This list is intended to be illustrative rather than complete and serves to show major duties and responsibilities and does not express or imply that these are the only duties to be performed by the incumbent in this position. The employee will be required to perform any other position-related duties requested by the District Athletic Director or Principal. 1. Select and train yearbook business staff. 2. Supervise the sale and distribution of the yearbook. 3. Confer with the Yearbook Advisor and select printing company. 4. Supervise the solicitation and sale of advertisements. 5. Be responsible for all finances pertaining to the publication, depositing of monies and the paying of bills for the school yearbook. 6. Coordinate and supervise fund raising activities conducted in support of the yearbook operation. 7. Confer with the Yearbook Advisor and/or Principal on any problems concerning the publication of the yearbook.
