Music Director (Skilled Nursing) Resolve Solutions- West Allis West Allis, WI Job Details 12 hours ago Qualifications Musical instruments Full Job Description We are seeking a talented and compassionate Music Director to support residents in our Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility. This role is ideal for a versatile musician who enjoys meaningful work and bringing joy through music in a healthcare setting.
Must Be Able To:
Play guitar Play piano/keys Sing confidently
Key Responsibilities:
Lead music sessions and performances for residents Create engaging, uplifting musical experiences Coordinate group sing-alongs and therapeutic-style music activities Adapt music to meet the needs of seniors in rehab and long-term care Collaborate with Activities and Leadership teams
Qualifications:
Strong musical ability across guitar, piano/keys, and vocals Comfortable performing in front of small to medium groups Warm, patient, and resident-focused personality Prior experience in senior care or healthcare settings is a plus (not required)
