Praise Leader Pay:

$150.00 per Sunday Job Overview GILCC is seeking a part-time Praise Leader for our 1:30 PM Sunday worship service. We are looking for a dependable and spiritually grounded leader who has a passion for worship and the ability to lead singers, musicians, and the congregation in both gospel and contemporary worship music. The ideal candidate will be confident leading worship, organizing song selections, and working collaboratively with church leadership and musicians to create a meaningful worship experience each Sunday. Duties Lead praise and worship during Sunday services Lead and coordinate quarterly ministry meetings with the praise team Select and organize worship songs for weekly services Lead and coordinate singers and musicians during rehearsal and worship service Work closely with church leadership and musicians on worship flow and music programming Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled services and rehearsals Help create an atmosphere of worship that encourages congregational participation Ability to lead both traditional gospel hymns and contemporary worship songs preferred Requirements Previous worship leading or church music ministry experience preferred Strong vocal ability and stage presence Ability to lead and communicate effectively with singers and musicians Dependable and committed to consistent Sunday attendance Comfortable leading worship publicly before a congregation Musical knowledge and ability to work with musicians preferred Schedule Sundays 1:00 PM - 4:00
