In this role, you will perform, collaborate, and inspire audiences through your musical talents, contributing to a lively and engaging environment. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, you will play a vital part in delivering memorable experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity. The Musician serves as a vital part of the worship ministry by using musical gifts and talents to help create an atmosphere of praise, worship, and spiritual connection during church services, special events, rehearsals, and ministry programs. The musician supports the vision and mission of Love Center Church Orlando, which is to minister through love that empowers, develops, and transforms lives. Responsibilities Provide musical accompaniment during Sunday worship services, Bible studies, conferences, and special events. Attend scheduled rehearsals and arrive prepared to play assigned music. Work collaboratively with worship leaders, vocalists, and fellow musicians. Follow musical direction and maintain consistency in worship flow. Demonstrate flexibility in contemporary, gospel, praise, worship, and spontaneous worship styles. Assist with transitions during services and support altar ministry moments through music. Maintain church-owned instruments and equipment with care. Participate in ministry meetings, trainings, and spiritual development opportunities. Represent Love Center Church with professionalism, humility, and excellence. Qualifications Proficiency in at least one musical instrument (keyboard, piano, organ, etc.). Ability to learn and perform worship songs quickly. Basic understanding of chord charts, song arrangements, and musical dynamics. Strong listening skills and ability to follow worship leadership. Dependable, punctual, and committed to teamwork. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle that reflects Christian values. Previous church ministry experience preferred but not required.
