Lead weekly worship sessions with enthusiasm, ensuring an engaging and spiritually enriching experience for all attendees Overview We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Musician/Worship Leader to inspire and lead our choir and congregation in heartfelt worship experiences. Applicant must be able to play the piano. This role is vital in creating an engaging, uplifting environment where individuals can connect spiritually through music and shared worship. The ideal candidate will bring energy, creativity, and leadership to foster a vibrant worship culture that encourages participation, growth, and spiritual connection. Responsibilities Must be able to play the piano. Develop and rehearse musical arrangements that align with the overall worship theme and message Mentor and support emerging musicians and vocalists, fostering their growth in musical skill and spiritual maturity Incorporate teaching elements into worship services to deepen understanding of faith-based messages through music Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate schedules, song selections, and service flow Maintain a positive, encouraging atmosphere that promotes teamwork, creativity, and spiritual vitality Skills Strong leadership abilities with experience directing musical groups or choirs in a worship setting Excellent communication skills to clearly convey musical ideas and spiritual messages Proven teaching skills to mentor new team members and facilitate skill development Ability to inspire others through energetic performance and genuine connection to the music Must be able to play the piano.
