Accompanist for the Novi Choralaires Community Choir

Accompanist Position - Novi Choralaires - Novi's Community Chorus The Novi Choralaires are excited to invite applications for the position of Accompanist for our upcoming season! This is a rewarding 9-month opportunity running from September 1 through May 31 each year. We are seeking a collaborative, enthusiastic musician who enjoys working with singers and contributing to a vibrant, community-centered ensemble.

Position Responsibilities The Accompanist will:

Provide piano accompaniment for weekly rehearsals (Tuesday evenings) from Labor Day through Mother's Day. Accompany all public performances, including our December holiday concerts, annual spring concert and other Novi community events. Collaborate closely with the Director in preparing engaging performances, including assisting with the selection of additional performance support such as instrumentalists, choreographers, or other creative elements as needed. Support soloists and small ensembles selected by the Director, helping them feel confident and performance-ready.
