Job Description

Position Overview:
The Part-Time Entertainment Team Manager oversees the Blue Crew , the official in-game promotional and fan engagement team for the St. Louis Blues. This role is responsible for executing high-energy, seamless game-day entertainment while leading, coaching, and organizing team members to deliver an unforgettable fan experience.
Job Duties:
Create schedule for games during the season for Ice Crew and in stands Crew Coordinate Community appearances through internal and fan requests outside of games Schedule practices coordinating with the building and crew members Manage all Blue Crew activities during home games, including promotions, contests, giveaways, and on-ice/arena activations Serve as the primary point of contact between Game Presentation staff, arena operations, and the Blue Crew Ensure all in-game elements run on time, on cue, and on brand Troubleshoot real-time issues with professionalism and urgency Supervise, motivate, and coach Blue Crew members to maintain a high-energy, fan-first atmosphere Lead pre-game meetings to review scripts, timing, and assignments Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members Track attendance, performance notes, and post-game recaps Manage and track budgets including uniforms and labor hours Submit payroll for entire team every two weeks Run team social media up to Blues professional and entertaining standards
Job Qualifications:
