Department Global Financial Reporting, Accounting and Tax Employment Type Part Time Location Brazil (Sao Paulo) Address Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo Workplace type Hybrid Key Responsibilities Support in managing accounts payable and receivable: Assist in organizing payments and verifying deadlines; monitor payment flows; Document organization: Assist in organizing, reviewing, and filing accounting documents such as invoices, receipts, and contracts. Support checking basic data before sending to the responsible teams or audit; Support in financial reports: Update control spreadsheets (costs, expenses, revenues) and assist in consolidating data for monthly reports; Support in administrative routines: Provide general support to the finance team and interact with other departments to gather data. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Interest in developing a career in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; Basic knowledge of Google Workspace tools (especially Google Sheets); Organization, attention to detail, and good communication skills; Basic English (a plus).
