Hybrid Key Responsibilities Document Organization:

Assist in organizing and compiling tax documents required for internal controls;

Tax Routine:

Provide basic support in monitoring tax compliance status;

Deadline Management:

Track the calendar of tax notices and notifications received via DEC (Domicílio Eletrônico do Cidadão), ensuring response deadlines are met by the team;

Administrative Support:

Provide general support to the finance and tax team based in São Paulo, assisting with filling out monitoring forms, preparing presentations, and organizing the department's Drive. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Interest in pursuing a career in Finance, Tax Law, or Accounting; Basic knowledge of Google Workspace tools (especially Google Sheets); Interest or prior knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools (a plus); English (a plus).
