Position Overview This is a hands-on leadership role that works directly alongside ownership to help oversee day-to-day operations at our escape room locations. This is not a desk job — managers actively run games, interact with guests, troubleshoot issues, train employees, and help ensure smooth operations during busy weekends and events. How comfortable are you with that level of responsibility? Please describe a time you had to handle a difficult customer, employee issue, or high-pressure situation at work. What did you do?
