Job Summary Tijon is an innovative perfume shop with its own branded perfumes and perfume making workshop. Thousands of people have created perfume at Tijon and the fun activity is in the Tripadvisor Hall of Fame with a 5-star review. Tijon has 10+ locations across US. Tijon seeks a workshop instructor for its Atlanta (Cumming) location. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate who is not shy or nervous to speak in front of a group of people. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their shopping needs, conduct fragrance making workshops and guide customers to make custom perfumes.

- 5:30 PM Duties Engage with customers and explain the workshops.
Help them sign up if needed. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering. Demonstrate products to customers Maintain a well-organized sales floor by merchandising products effectively and ensuring shelves are stocked appropriately. Assist in inventory management by restocking items as needed and participating in inventory counts. Utilize retail math skills to manage sales transactions and assist with pricing inquiries. Upsell products to enhance customer experience and maximize store revenue. Provide excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns over the phone. Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping environment, fostering teamwork and communication. Experience Previous experience in sales is preferred, particularly in a beauty or cosmetic store setting (Ulta, Sephora, Perfumes, Colognes, Macys). Supervising experience is a plus, showcasing leadership capabilities within a retail and customer environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. Strong communication skills are essential for effective engagement with customers and team members alike. Basic math skills are required for handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
