Job Description

Personal Assistant / Project Coordinator Oak & Twine | Chattanooga, TN Oak & Twine is looking for a highly organized, people-oriented Personal Assistant / Project Coordinator to work directly alongside ownership in the day-to-day operations of the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, communicates confidently, stays organized under pressure, and enjoys balancing creativity with structure. You'll help support sales efforts, client communication, project management, scheduling, organization, and community presence while helping keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This is not a passive assistant role. We are looking for someone proactive, adaptable, professional, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
Responsibilities Daily responsibilities may include:
Assisting ownership with sales communication and client follow-up Managing and organizing emails, schedules, and project timelines Helping oversee customer orders from start to finish Communicating with clients professionally in person, by phone, and through email Attending networking events, meetings, and community functions representing Oak & Twine Assisting with project coordination between departments Maintaining organization across ongoing jobs and internal systems Supporting creative brainstorming and operational tasks Helping ensure deadlines are met and communication stays clear Assisting with day-to-day business operations as priorities shift What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable speaking with clients and representing the company publicly Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and follow-through Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership Comfortable working closely with ownership and leadership Experience in customer service, sales, project management, administrative support, marketing, or event coordination is a plus, but personality, professionalism, and work ethic matter most.
