This position offers significant room for growth and the opportunity to take on larger responsibilities as the company expands. Ideal for someone interested in real estate, finance, business operations, property management, or entrepreneurship. Responsibilities Manage schedules, appointments, and daily coordination Handle calls, emails, and follow-up communications Assist with property and tenant coordination Organize documents, contracts, and files Support marketing, social media, and administrative tasks Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and agents Assist with project management and business operations Track expenses, invoices, and financial information Run local errands and visit properties as needed Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, etc. Finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or business experience required Real estate experience is a plus Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling options Hands-on exposure to the real estate investing industry Mentorship and learning opportunities Clear room for growth into operations, acquisitions, management, or executive support roles
