Full-time Job Title:

Personal Assistant We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Personal Assistant to help support daily business and operational needs in a fast-paced environment. Construction and drywall experience is preferred. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative, scheduling, and coordination tasks while assisting with construction-related operations when needed. Responsibilities Manage schedules, appointments, and daily tasks Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients Assist with project organization, material ordering, and job scheduling Handle emails, phone calls, invoices, and basic administrative duties Help keep projects, paperwork, and communications organized Support day-to-day business operations and field coordination Run business and personal errands as needed Qualifications Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Professional attitude and dependable work ethic Intermediate computer skills to include Microsoft Office Familiarity with construction designs and design software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Construction or drywall experience Familiarity with construction vendors and suppliers Experience working in a fast-paced service or contracting environment Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling potential To Apply Please send: Resume or work history References Brief description of relevant experience
