Personal Attendant/Caregiver

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. The Caregiver role involves providing essential care and support to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with meal preparation and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
• Provide dementia care and support for clients with memory impairments Qualifications
• Experience in long-term care, nursing homes, or similar settings is preferred
• Knowledge of patient care techniques and practices
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals such as nurses and social workers
• Strong communication skills and empathy towards clients
