Personal Care Attendant

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life. Monitor and document changes in the client's condition or behavior and report to appropriate personnel. Assist with mobility and transportation needs as required. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety standards. Qualifications Previous experience in personal care, hospice care, group home settings, or long-term care is preferred. Knowledge of patient care techniques and familiarity with care plans is advantageous. Ability to assist with meal preparation.
