Job Description
A premier company in the senior living industry is seeking an accomplished Personal Care Home Administrator for several of its buildings across the state of Pennsylvania. Responsibilities will include leading daily operations, resident and resident family engagement and connection, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and the promotion of a culture that prioritizes the highest quality of resident experience and care.
