The position includes managing pre-litigation files as well as cases in litigation. You will have both full-time pre-lit and lit paralegals devoted to your cases. We are looking to add a civil litigator who has trial experience (or at least significant litigation experience). People like working at our firm. We have a weekly litigation meeting/round table where all of our lawyers engage in supportive Q&A. We believe in the power of the collective. Qualifications:

Licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado Versed in Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure Experience drafting pleading/motions, conducting depositions, propounding and responding to written discovery, and jury trials. Salary range is commensurate with experience.
