Trailstone Insurance Group is hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager in Training, a role designed to take you from day one all the way to managing your own book of personal lines business. No insurance experience? No problem. We'll sponsor your Colorado P&C license and walk you through everything. What You'll Be Doing This is a structured training role with a clear path to becoming a full Personal Lines Account Manager. You'll work alongside experienced team members, learn our systems and processes, and gradually take on more responsibility as you build your skills. Here's what the journey looks like: Get licensed — complete Kaplan coursework and pass your Colorado Property & Casualty exam within 30 days Learn our tools — HubSpot (CRM), carrier portals, RingCentral, EZ Lynx, and Dropbox Build service skills — work through a hands-on ticket checklist covering the most common client requests: vehicle changes, cancellations, billing inquiries, coverage changes, and more Shadow and learn the TRAC process — Trailstone's proactive renewal and retention outreach system Get into rotation — once cleared by your trainer, join the live ticket queue, TRAC calls, and client phone rotation Learn renewals and quoting — shadow specialists, then practice independently with supervision using EZ Lynx What We're Looking For You don't need an insurance background — but you do need to bring the right foundation: Motivated self-starter who takes initiative and follows through Strong communicator — comfortable on the phone and in writing Coachable and eager to learn in a structured environment Detail-oriented and accurate, especially when managing client data Reliable and accountable — you do what you say you'll do Comfortable working across multiple systems and software platforms Position Requirements In-office position, Monday through Friday Colorado Property & Casualty insurance license required within 30 days of hire (we cover the cost) Full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position What We Offer Paid licensing — we sponsor and cover the cost of your Kaplan coursework and Pearson VUE exam Structured training program with hands-on coaching and clear milestones A defined career path to Personal Lines Account Manager Collaborative, supportive team culture with weekly L10 meetings and ongoing feedback Recognition and performance tracking through SalesScreen A workplace that lives its core values — not just posts them on a wall Increase in pay once licensed Ready to Apply?
