Personal Lines Account Manager -

Full-Time Position :

This individual will be responsible for servicing an existing book of Personal Lines accounts, along with obtaining quotes for new and renewal business. Daily responsibilities include customer support and education, cross selling, making coverage recommendations, issuing binders, endorsement processing, claims processing and billing. This individual will be required to maintain client files accurately and consistently, provide proper documentation of files and proper communication to all parties involved. Job requirements : Good computer, communication and relationship building skills. Must be a self starter and team player. Would prefer someone with a minimum of five (5) years of personal lines experience. Background in AMS 360 agency management system preferred. Candidate should currently have a property and casualty license, or must obtain one within an agreed upon timeframe.
