This role involves providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor clients' health and report any changes to healthcare providers or family members. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care provided accurately and timely. Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals. Requirements Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a similar caregiving role preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and trustworthy with a caring attitude.
