Position Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Stretch Therapist or professional with Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), or similar assisted stretching certification. This role will support our members through one-on-one assisted stretch sessions designed to improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, and enhance overall performance and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 assisted stretching sessions tailored to individual client needs Assess mobility limitations and develop personalized stretch plans Educate clients on proper movement, recovery, and injury prevention strategies Join our training team for monthly special events Track client progress and provide ongoing recommendations

Qualifications:

Certification in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) preferred, or similar modality (PNF, FRC, mobility training, etc.) Background in personal training, massage therapy, kinesiology, or related field strongly preferred Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement patterns Excellent communication and client service skills Ability to work with a diverse population in a corporate setting

Preferred Experience:

Experience working in a fitness facility, physical therapy clinic, or wellness center Experience with corporate or time-restricted clientele Additional certifications (NASM, ACE, massage therapy license, etc.) are a plus
