Full Job Description Pay:

$18-$30 per hour

Schedule:

16-24 hours per week (includes one weekend day)

Location:

Sudbury, MA StretchMed® is hiring a Part-Time Stretch Therapist to provide one-on-one assisted stretch sessions that help clients improve mobility, reduce pain, increase flexibility, and enhance recovery. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in exercise science, personal training, athletic training, physical therapy, or manual therapy who want to gain hands-on experience in a growing recovery-focused field. No assisted stretching experience required. We provide paid training and certification. What You'll Do:

Deliver personalized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions Apply percussion therapy at the end of sessions Ensure proper technique and client safety Make clear and confident membership recommendations Build strong client relationships and support membership growth Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment

Qualifications:

Degree completed in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, or related field OR relevant fitness/wellness certification or hands-on training experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and coachable Comfortable working hands-on with clients Ability to stand for extended periods
