Our Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches in an open-concept, community-fostering space. StretchLab is a unique setting that will let you develop a personal rapport with motivated clients to improve their range of motion, recovery, and joint function. Build your "book of business" with clients from all fitness backgrounds: active agers looking to move better, athletes who want to perform better, professionals who need to relax better, and anyone who seeks their best, pain-free life through better mobility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele Ensure the safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations Handle member concerns when applicable Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

Qualifications:

Love of boutique fitness environment is a must - passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility. Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with the client Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people. Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy. Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals. Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies Competitive candidates will come from backgrounds in physical therapy, massage therapy, personal training, athletic training, chiropractic, yoga, dance, pilates, and barre.
