Pest Control Service Professional

Salary/commission ranges from $30,000-$60,000+ varying on experience, growth and commissioned sales. We are looking for someone who is personable, with great customer service and communication skills, strong reliable work ethic, highly motivated to sell, willing to work outdoors all 12 months of the year, is able to work alone, and enjoys being part of a team. Pest Control Technician duties include:

Inspecting and treating for pests Providing documentation for services performed accurately Building and maintaining customer relationships through diligent communication Maintaining high service standards Taking initiative for correcting pest problems Suggesting and selling services to meet customer needs Participation in group meetings Completion of independent and group ongoing training Being an interactive member in team environments Ability and willingness to work flexible hours Willing to work outdoors in all elements We Require Technicians to: Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Read and understand product labels printed in English Possess a valid driving record that meets company standards Show a stable work history Work independently as well as part of a team Work with insects and rodents Pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check For safety reasons, all technicians must to be clean-shaven for respirator use
