Duties Safely handle and restrain animals during daily care routines, tend to day play dogs, walk dogs outdoors, intake dogs for boarding, feed/water dogs. Assist with pet grooming tasks such as bathing, brushing, and trimming to maintain cleanliness and comfort Support dog training activities by reinforcing commands and socialization exercises in day play Provide pet sitting services, including feeding, walking, administering medication, and monitoring health status Maintain cleanliness of kennels, cages, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment Communicate effectively with pet owners about their pets' needs and progress Assist when needed Requirements Prior experience with pet assistance or as an experienced dog handler is highly desirable Knowledge of dog handling techniques and dog training methods Experience in pet grooming, pet sitting, or kennel management preferred Strong animal handling skills with the ability to safely restrain animals of various sizes and temperaments Excellent customer service skills to engage with pet owners professionally and compassionately Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for animal transport or equipment setup Basic understanding of animal care practices and safety protocols Join us if you're enthusiastic about animal welfare, eager to develop your skills in pet care, and ready to contribute to a supportive team dedicated to making pets' lives better!
