Pharma Program Manager

Job Description We are seeking a high-level Program Manager to support the Commercial PMO portfolio, driving delivery across key commercial technology initiatives. This individual will own end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment across business and technical teams and delivering measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities

•  Drive end-to-end program delivery from initiation through launch across Commercial initiatives
•  Create and maintain core project deliverables: o Project charters o Detailed project plans and schedules o Milestones and stage gates o Status reports and dashboards
•  Manage day-to-day execution across all workstreams: o Task ownership, dependencies, and timelines o Cross-functional coordination o Resource planning and constraint management
•  Own and maintain the RAID log, ensuring: o Risks/issues are identified, mitigated, and escalated o Actions are tracked to completion o Decisions are clearly documented
•  Anticipate and solve cross-functional risks, blockers, and dependencies
•  Partner with implementation teams to manage delivery through JIRA (Agile/Waterfall)
•  Deliver weekly executive-level status reporting, tailored for: o Delivery teams o Business stakeholders o Senior leadership
•  8+ years of Program Manager experience within Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech
•  Experience managing Commercial Technology programs, including one or more of: o Patient Services Programs o Salesforce (Life Sciences Cloud) o Veeva CRM o Mosaic / Beacon o Master Data Management (MDM) o Commercial analytics / MarTech platforms
•  Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across business + technology stakeholders
•  Experience working in Agile Environment $90-95.

•  8+ years of Program Manager experience within Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech
•  Experience managing Commercial Technology programs, including one or more of: o Patient Services Programs o Salesforce (Life Sciences Cloud) o Veeva CRM o Mosaic / Beacon o Master Data Management (MDM) o Commercial analytics / MarTech platforms
•  Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across business + technology stakeholders
•  Experience working in Agile Environment Plusses
•  Experience supporting commercial launches (new disease areas or therapies)
•  Exposure to AI-enabled solutions / advanced analytics platforms in commercial pharma
•  Prior experience within a Digital Transformation environment PMP, Agile, or other formal PM certifications
•  Experience managing multiple interdependent programs within a portfolio
•  Strong change management and stakeholder influence at leadership level
