Why This Opportunity Matters This is an opportunity to position yourself for upcoming leadership roles. We are building a pipeline of top talent to support upcoming opportunities across a variety of life science programs. Key Responsibilities Hire, coach, and retain top-tier reps in your District. Ensure daily engagement with your team, maximizing impact and accountability. Build and own District business plans, allocate resources, and analyze data to drive growth. Provide targeted, focused coaching that accelerates rep development and results. Partner with peers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to exceed corporate objectives. Adapt strategies based on payer, reimbursement, and healthcare landscape shifts. Other responsibilities as outlined in the job description. Remains compliant with all regulations while carrying out responsibilities, adhering to all company policies. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required. Documented, demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, and promoting top talent. Minimum of 2 years' experience managing pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical Sales Representatives. 4+ years of successful pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience. Data-driven decision-maker with a sharp business acumen. Deep understanding of payer and reimbursement environments. High integrity, strong communication skills, and a drive to win. Ability to travel 20 - 50% depending on district alignment, with overnight stays. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
